Jíëlë-rêrê Fêqê (/ˈtikɘ/ /ˈrɘrɘ/ [ugly] [interview]) is a temperate Town located in the Lêtdêsara Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Jíëlë-rêrê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Jíëlë-rêrê Fêqê was founded by Dyëmthê Tsmëga, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Jíëlë-rêrê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Jíëlë-rêrê Fêqê receives an average of 270 cm/y (106 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Jíëlë-rêrê Fêqê covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2480 m (8136 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Jíëlë-rêrê Fêqê was founded durring the late 16th century in spring of the year 1489, by Dyëmthê Tsmëga. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Jíëlë-rêrê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jíëlë-rêrê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Jíëlë-rêrê Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a single premissive packed earth mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. Jíëlë-rêrê Fêqê's millitarily questionable fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Right off the bat Jíëlë-rêrê Fêqê hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. It’s easy to see where their wealth comes from the more you look arround. Every aspect of the town has been developed with care and great thought. The people themselves act deliberately and with care in even the simplest of daily actions.
